Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It’s rather plain looking, though.

And look! It has grown wings, and bright markings have developed all over its body.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

This tiny hatchling with stunted growth has been considered a kind of a guru or enlightened young dragon- who is even older than many of the full grown adult dragons of the cave. For hundreds of years, he has been residing in the most massive tree in the Arakiahoga Forest, called Ifju, with his sister. The both of them have been called the "Karma Siblings" because of their constant teachings of doing good deeds every day or else one shall be punished. The two dragons seem to have no other emotion other than a perfect contentedness. They are always found singing inspirational lyrics such as, "May we all shine on like the moon, stars, and sun."

The two Bright-Breasted Wyvern hatchlings are an inspiration to all that reside in the forest.
