Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Fantasty, being a paper dragon, can fold up very tightly or can extend a decent length. He has found that some positions enable him to fly more easily than others, and has studied the effects of paper folds on wind currents.

Carrying his studies further, Fantasty applied what he learned to making kites. He has made kites of hundreds of shapes and sizes, most gaily colored and easy to fly. A rare but fascinating sight may be seen on days with a steady breeze, when he sets as many of his kites to flying as he can from the forest treetops and then flies loops amidst them.
