Originating from a single species that thrived in ancient times, Xenowyrms have become an incredibly diverse breed whose appearances vary depending on their habitats. Each Xenowyrm subspecies is heavily reliant on the power of different types of mana, making them powerful magic users. Chronos are often considered to be the most elusive of all Xenowyrm subspecies: they live in the darkest and densest forests, far from civilization. They are masters of time magic, allowing them to manipulate the flow of time at will. It is said that Chrono lairs are protected by a field of magic that makes the minutes tick by at a slow pace for any unwanted visitors.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Zhordkutt is very protective of her forest. To minimize damage to her beloved home, she set up a single trail through it for those just passing through. On this trail, time is modified to get the travelers through the forest much faster than they normal would be able to go. All traders stick to the Zhordkutt path for fast travel.

Those who stray from the trail and damage the forest are subject to a reversal of this time phenomenon. This allows Zhordkutt to find and punish them appropriately. Because they may never be seen again, it is said that the forest feeds on its enemies.

Travelers are warned to stay on the Zhordkutt path if they choose to take it.
