Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Unlike the other hatchlings, this one hatched with wings.
And look! Its back legs have become a second set of wings! It must be close to maturing.
Young dragons are relatively defenseless. Their scales don’t grow in until right before they mature, and they have almost no strength. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are usually left alone by their mother and begin to hunt and survive on their own.
Pheo is energetic and joyful, just like his father, Kadorio. However, Rosearia, it's mother by birth, was unable to care for the high-mantanence chick due to her inability to fly. Frustrated, she abandoned the hatchling. Left without a mother, Pheo's chances for survival were slim. However, Kadorio's true mate, Soramie the white dragon, took in the hatchling in order to save it. Now, Pheo and it's half-brother, Kooha, are inseparable, and can be found together following Soramie or playing outside together.
