Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Jrady is the first generation in a long line of earth dragons.  He is now the great grandfather of the dragon Melpirt.  By the time you read this there may be more generations in this family!  Jrady is named after his owner, and is his owner's favorite dragon.  Jrady likes to make mazes out of the crevices created by the earthquakes that he makes when he slams into the ground.  This aggravates his owner's other dragons a lot, except for the skywing dragons, because they don't feel it, but the mazes are fun to walk through when they are finished.
