Dragons are creatures with nearly unlimited life spans. They can survive for long periods of time, and no one has found a dragon that has died of old age. Adolescence is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Once they hit adolescence, hatchlings change quickly, maturing to their full forms in only 2 years.
Dragons don’t communicate with each other verbally, but they will growl to scare off predators and frighten prey. Young dragons will emit an extremely high-pitched squeal when they are frightened. To communicate, they use telepathy with each other and to speak to other creatures.
Black dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.
Chi gold star strangely enough dislikes any conflict despite the fact she was made to be a warrior dragon. She'd rather have things peaceful, but when needed she isn't afraid to speak up and fight for the things she believes in. Chi gold star eyes glow in the dark. In the dark some say that her eyes resemble shining emeralds and are very luring. Dragons who are already familiar with Chi gold star know instantly that it is her hiding when they see those eyes. But her curse is also a blessing, those who are strangers towards her are lured by her beautiful eyes. This makes it easy for Chi gold star to ambush unaware enemy's and prey. Chi gold star can be somewhat forgiving but won't hesitate to kill if it is needed. She hates injustice and does everything to set things right. It could be that her eyes glow in the dark because she descends from a silver dragon. Maybe her ancestor passed her aura of light on to her but only in her eyes. The glow in her eyes does enhance her eyesight.
