White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Emem had always been taught by both his parents and his older sister to value peace, and he took this belief for something natural, not being exposed to any trials.

He had however sometimes wondered, whether this faith was genuine and whether he would ever find his own place besides his sister, the almost saintly Sitmaith. He decided to test himself and find his own way alone, and set on a long journey.

On the way he has seen and endured many things, he has gathered a lot of experience. Some of it was pleasant and some rather painful. And when he returned, it was clear the shy young dragon had found a new self confidence and strengthened his faith in peace.

This brought him both the epithet "Kept the Faith" and the love of the beautiful Astraia.
