Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It is made out of paper, and is so small and light, you can hold it on one finger.

The pieces have rearranged themselves to form little wings which it uses to glide around.

In a Foreign Tower is one of the few friends of Marilyn Monroe, one of the oldest Paper dragons in the cave, who is also enchanted to remain a hatchling.  Foreign's idea of gender identification does not extend past how breeding is affected by what gender a dragon is, and so has a hard time comprehending Marilyn's identification as "female," because hatchlings, and Paper dragons, are not capable of breeding.  The two have long, sometimes heated debates on the matter, but both of them are stubborn, and refuse to back down.
