Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Silver females eat meat only when a male dragon brings it to them as part of courtship, though they are typically highly-independent. They possess an almost magical aura that lights up any place they are in, and are looked upon with awe by humans and animals alike.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Silver Tiara is pure elegance and grace. That is, as long as she is not communicating with the other dragons. Unfortunately she tends to blurt out whatever comes to her mind. And her mind is rather simple. So she often unwittingly hurts others' feelings and thereby alienates herself. The wise old white dragon Elfenbien is trying to tutor her in the social arts, but she is oh, such a slow student. However, progress is being made, so hope springs that Silver Tiara will be accepted and not spurned by the rest of the dragons within the cave.
