Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Sinta never got to know her true parents. Her egg was abandoned in the midst of a small forest. Seeing the faint green glow the mysterious black egg gave off, the electric dragon Ratchett took it back to her guild and ended up warming it herself, along with another egg, a white dragon. The two eggs soon hatched, revealing both as females. Almost immediately the two hatchlings began a sisterly bond. Ratchett then gave them their names. She was Sinta, and the white dragon was Airza. They grew up together like family, and when she was old enough Ratchett trained Sinta to be a brave and fierce warrior. She then began training as an Elite for the Axezin guild, until she finally made her way up as deputy right next to her adopted sister.

As the years passed, she met someone else from her guild, Kynja. The ember dragon had always admired her and stood up for her. They were best friends for the longest time, until finally they became mates and had a family together.
