Sunrise Dragons are closely related to sunset dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunrise Dragons prefer to live in large groups and enjoy basking in the early morning sun. They are usually most active in the morning, and go to sleep in the early evening.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

From young age, Alea was caring for her own mother. It's complicated as to why. Most dragons know there's something wrong with Jezzia, but few could even begin to guess at just how bad it is. She suffers monthly attacks by her own subconscious. Deiynal, one of the healers, diagnosed it as post traumatic stress disorder.

It starts out as simple about the past she tucks away from all prying eyes. When she wakes, she behaves frantically, slowly working her way into a crazed frenzy unless Alea can calm her. She almost killed herself once while in this crazed state, back when Alea barely came up to her shoulder in height. Alea had to fetch her despondent father to save her mother.

While Alea is desperate to live a life on her own, she's too afraid that if she leaves her mother something bad will happen. She has always been quick to blame herself for everything, like her father, and if her mother died because she wanted to be an individual, she would likely kill herself with the guilt.
