Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

This young male is a part of a breeding project being conducted by the dragon breeders at the Hilltop Dragon Mews.  He was chosen from the cave as a youngster, along with thirty-one others, because they all exhibited the very best qualities of their individual breeds.  It is the hope of everyone at Hilltop's that the project will be a success.
