Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Eldorah is known not only for her ravishing beauty but also for her skill as a tailor. Her dexterous claws stitch intricate designs on clothing meant for a human child, work that is well known for its beauty and strength. But some would say that there are strange side effects to wearing clothing sewn by Eldorah's claws. Anyone who has the cloth touching their bodies reports feeling a rush of energy that's almost addictive. The more naive members of her clan say it is the result of a magic woven in the cloth itself by the dye it is soaked in -- a dark purplish black that they say is the blood of a unicorn whose corruption has turned its very blood dark. The blood of such a unicorn, known as Dark Energon, carries an ancient dark magic with an addictive quality that is rumored to be able to revive even the dead.

Of course Eldorah will say the dye is made from crushed snails and the reason her customers feel energized is simply out of joy of having a new set of trousers.
