Few dragons embody serenity and potential quite as perfectly as Avatars of Creation. They dedicate their abilities to the arts of healing and growing, and their shimmering scales seem to glow in accordance with their mood. The tendrils of an Avatar of Creation grow slowly throughout its life, and the longer the tendrils grow, the more potent its abilities become.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Friv'olous is an interesting specimen of a dragon. He was abandoned outside of a cave as an egg and somehow managed to hatch despite the lack of care.

It's possible that he survived by people passing by, feeding him scraps of food or patting his head (when he was a hatchling).

When he matured, he ventured off to try to find his parents. Sadly, he gave up after a while.

He tags along behind a group of White dragons, since Avatars of Creation affiliate themselves with healing.

The White dragons, surprisingly all elderly females, allow the young dragon to follow them. They help teach him ways to improve his healing abilities so that he can aid others in need.

He brings his only son along with him. Friv'olous's companion White dragons are disgusted by his presence, and they avoid him with disgust, though his father doesn't mind keeping him around. Wherever this young dragon goes, the foliage around it slowly burns to ashes, which is why the White dragons are revolted by his presence.
