Dark green dragons, once they mature, appear to become an entirely different species. However, this isn’t true. Rather, they burrow underground and get nutrients from their vines. These vines are sometimes referred to as Dragon Grass. These dragons are very violent, and will use their vines to capture, kill, and eat anything that moves, as well as nearby plants. Luckily, their range is limited and they cannot use magic. Dark green dragons tend to be easy to spot since they usually kill all plants around them and thus are usually surrounded by a large clearing.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Quiet, patient, unmoving-- tendrils of vines gently quivering among the shade of the forest floor. There is no need to go out and find sustenance when it so willingly comes to you. With their blundering footsteps and noisy cavorting, food comes with dinner bells ringing. Calm and collected, he does not lash out at first sight-- no, it's much more rewarding when they get closer, near enough that they stop mid gait and the hair on their necks prick up. More fun when one can see their eyes widen, face growing pale as their fateful mistake is finally recognized. The terror and adrenaline coursing through their veins as they make a futile endeavor to escape... makes it more delicious.

As each day nears its end, Proximity retreats into his well camouflaged burrow with a lazy arrogance, an unsettling smile plastered on his face. He drags evidence of the day's events with him, sweeping the forest floor clean in preparation for tomorrow. He lives for nothing else-- the enjoyment of the kill.
