Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It seems to sleep during the day and glow when it wakes up at night.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

This hatchling does not have a name or gender; he is homeless and wanders the streets. He escaped from a circus, where he was trained to do tricks. He was trained to verbally speak human words, but he only knows a few words and phrases. He talks like a human toddler. He'll scream "NO" when angry, "please please please" when begging strangers for food, "YAAAY" when excited, and "MOMMA" when scared. His favorite word is "fishy." His favorite animal is fish. When he sees fish in a river or pond, he'll scream "FISHY FISHY FISHY!" His best friend is a stray alleycat that lives in the village.
