Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.
User Description
PulpyCuffs always has a pair of origami handcuffs on the ready. Belonging to a special lineage of the CPA, PulpyCuffs knows that he is always on standby to 'cuff' users that have topped the pages. He lurks around with Dracoon, looking somewhat like a turban when he gets one step too close. Most of the time, he folds up and stays inside one of Dracoon's pockets, still holding a pair of origami handcuffs.
