This breed of dragon results from eggs or hatchlings that have been neglected. They are usually rebellious, not obeying their masters, sometimes even attacking them. However, their neglect as a hatchling leaves them crippled, and they are weak compared to other breeds, causing them to stay with their masters for protection.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

An egg was taken from its parents for reasons twisted and wrong. It was kept from the sun, kept from the air, kept in a tomb of stone. Away from eyes it was hidden, until the very last moment. And upon hatching the feeble thing did draw his first breath of dust-laden air, and see his surroundings. His life is nothing but anguish, for too weak to fly, too weak to fight, he could not escape his prison. He was found one day and brought to the surface, taken to an island kingdom with many other dragons. His new Mistress was kind, but still he brooded, unwilling to forgive the behavior of those that hatched him. In his dark cave he lurks, waiting to find those that did this to him... and have his revenge.
