Moonstone Dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their orbs. They seem to glow with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moons’ power.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Spiritsong Snowflake, or Spirit for short, is a young Moonstone Dragon. He is very peaceful, soft spoken, calm, and quiet. He acts as the peacemaker of his clan, and will often break up fights between stronger, tougher dragons, sometimes even putting his own life in danger if this is the case. He has a beautiful singing voice, or at least to the other dragons, but is rather shy about singing in front of them. He has and will never harm anything living, and is very strictly vegetarian. He only leaves the cave at night, when the predators are asleep, so he can feed off of the moonlight and plants nearby his clan's cave. He has no fear of humans. He loves his mate, Aolani the Shallow Water, but her parents, Summer and Gazer, don't think that he's good enough to be her mate because they say he isn't wealthy enough. Gazer constantly tells him how he wishes his daughter had chosen a better mate, but he is too afraid of Gazer to disagree with him.
