Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

This tinsel-hellfire line's progeny only knows vaguely of his great-great-great-great grandfather, who must've been either very tolerant or submissive to have a hellfire wyvern mate. With a name like "San Victorus", he couldn't have been the latter. The tinsel decided to match his ancestor's naming scheme, "San (male human name)us", to make "San Charlieus", which has a rather nice sound. He walks around his giant clan, looking for something to do and not finding much, being too shiny to hunt, too clumsy to babysit, and too friendly to patrol.
