Melismor Dragons are social, good-natured dragons that enjoy the shelter of forested areas. They live in close-knit family groups, burrowing deep into the earth and creating extensive, winding networks of underground burrows. While rarely seen at the surface, Melismor Dragons, when encountered, are known to be fiercely loyal and protective, yet kind when their families aren’t in any danger. These dragons are omnivorous, but most of their diet consists of plants, especially tender roots, and honey is a favored treat they’ll often bring back to their burrows to share.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

All is Melismor is happy whatever happens, even if her beloved Lost in the Mistra insists they adopt a ke'maro-transformed giant crocodile or a few Drowned Mountain pixie-wasps. Everything is alright with her. She simply adds the new creature to the collection, which has rapidly evolved into the Nworset City Zoological Collection. She has turned the Nworset Zoo into a thriving business, with several employees and enough money to allow the joint owners to go on vacation, which usually ends with them bringing home new creatures. All is Mel budgets for this and makes sure there is enough money to design and build an appropriate enclosure or two before she tells Lost in the Mistra they can go on vacation. She treats everyone on the zoo—staff and animals—as family, though she's still not too sure about the potted assassin vine Lost in the Mistra brought home form Eastwall Forest.
