Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Her name means "magic," and it fits her well. She was found as an egg one day by the Lady Xyara, who quickly noticed that the poor egg had only one day left and not a single crack. So, in an attempt to save it she took it in, and after hours off intense care it hatched and small magi could be found sleeping within. It was then that Vyllis, who was currently taking care of her own child magi, decided to treat the little hatchling as her own, and soon the magi gained the strength she lacked and began to show signs of maturing. It was then that she was given the name Zynyste, because like magic she was able to be saved. Because of her close call, Zynyste has developed a soft-spoken nature, and her magic isnt as strong as Prince Argorok, who is like a brother to her. She is, however, extremely wise and not too bad of a hunter; and she loves to rescue eggs that, like her, need urgent care.
