Coral Pygmy Wyverns are coastline vagrants, dominant in their ecosystems. They spend most of their time swimming around shallow coral atolls, snacking on the creatures that make their homes there. Don’t be fooled by their small size—these tiny dragons pack a ferocious punch; they can be painful to sharks, dragons, and other substantially larger predators. They are, unsurprisingly, difficult to integrate into human society.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Pygmy dragons are the smallest category of dragons, being on the same scale as domesticated animals. They are often found around concentrated populations of dragons, relying on their larger brethren to ward away potential predators and leave scraps. As such, the majority of a pygmy’s diet is scavenged. Due to their tiny size, pygmies do not breed with larger varieties of dragons.

User Description

The inhabitants of Sana Tonia have figured Starrett out: she loves taupe-spotted tilefish (but is too small to hunt them) and hates the smell of peppercorns. She will put on her best behavior and even do little errands for the fisheries to get a her-sized piece of fish in return, and people have learned she stays away from anyplace with even a hint of a peppery odor. It would be infuriating how easy it is to thwart her, but she's too busy enjoying her fish. In her home turf, Starrett is madly in love with this transient, very cute seawyrm pygmy who makes no secret that he thinks Starrett's breed are violent and dangerous and should be avoided. She'll show him what a good dragon she is.
