Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Ronu is known for breaking the gender roles of the black dragons and participating in the fighting competitions with the males. Her favorite game is to crack heads with the males and fight with her horns. Ronu refuses to act like the coven's females, who are almost always weak and submissive. Her family's opinions are split concerning Ronu- her father thinks her ideas are outlandish and thinks she should be strictly punished until her 'silly little phase' has passed. Her mother, who is pretty much undecided on the matter, sticks up for Ronu and then turns right around and admonishes her. Ronu's older brother acts embarrassed about her but is actually very impressed and supports Ronu. Her younger brother adores her no matter what she does and Ronu's little baby sister is not old enough to know the expected gender roles in their society, so she acts just like Ronu, thinking it is the norm.
