And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Forever in Heaven is Neon Heaven and Forever Phantom's second child. Phreadom, a Magi dragon who is in love with Forever Phantom, cast a spell on Forever in Heaven. She is now cursed, never to grow old. Due to Phreadom's jealousy, Forever in Heaven will never rise to the ranks of great guardian dragons, and will never live up to her dreams.

Heaven's best friend is Princess BubbleGummi, a pink dragon who hatched at nearly the same time as Heaven. BubbleGummi is protected from Phreadom, since she is not the child of her crush. Even though BubbleGummi is younger than Heaven, she is able to become an adult, much to Heaven's dismay. Being eternally young should cheer Heaven up, but she will always be viewed as "that little hatchling" instead of "that great Guardian".
