Sunset Dragons are closely related to sunrise dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunset Dragons generally live alone or in small packs. They are more active in the evening, hunting and performing all of their daily tasks as the sun sets.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Count Bellator is a well-to-do male. He has buried his mate and is now alone but, he isn't affected much by it. He didn't even shed a tear on the day she was laid to rest. Their relationship was rather rocky and they argued a lot. When they finished, she would fly off to soar around the territory, he would stay in the cave and brood. One day, she went flying and never came back. A tracker found her body a few days later and she was given a funeral. Nobody knows what happened to her but, some have their suspicions. Since she has left, Bellator has become quite the ladies man and often sneaks off to rival clan's territories for personal affairs. The Archbaron has kept his eye on the male but, so far, he has found no evidence to prove everyone's worst fears.
