Among the most elusive of dragon breeds are the Aeon Wyverns, a breed whose innate control over time mana marks them singular and great. They are able to peer into the multi-dimensional plane of time, seeing all that is, all that has been, and all that could be—within a small localized zone. When utilizing particularly strong magic, the black markings carved into an Aeon’s body glow a bright cyan, painting them in an ethereal blue light. In the past, they have been sought after as oracles to bring swift resolutions to major conflicts, but it is in exactly such sorts of times that they are nowhere to be found; rather than influence the outcome, Aeons much prefer to allow the natural order of things to progress, however grim that may be.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Everyone was surprised when After Aeon stayed in her cave when CB Q Summer Seasonal Stormtide came to interview her, since she is known as a prime example of aeons' tendency to avoid answering questions about the future. CB Q Summer Seasonal Stormtide didn't ask her any questions about the future, though, and she explained to him how she uses her precognition to foresee the coming of those who would ask her about the future—especially the outcomes of stickwaterball games—and fly away to avoid such unwanted questions. She is fond of stickwaterball games and likes to watch what really happens, so she exhausts her foresight before a match in order to witness plays without the foreshadowing web of probable actions. Her day job is as a magic mirror repairdragon, which she likes because she doesn't have to look into the future to tune the mana crystals to pick up more channels and display images without static, and wishes clients would stop asking her questions while she works.
