Waterhorse Dragons received their name due to their horse-like physique and endearing behavior. They are capable of surviving out of water, and when on land their skin secretes a gelatinous goo to retain moisture. However, their large paddle feet are better suited for swimming, and waterhorse dragons tend to move very awkwardly when on land. Waterhorses are very friendly dragons and enjoy playing with humans.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

This is the Ponyprise, a dragon of the NX class. The Ponyprise was the first Waterhorse from his clan to reach the incredible speed of Wave 5 and reaching new areas of the ocean formerly unknown to others of his breed. He explores unknown regions and meets up with new dragon breeds all the time. The Ponyprise also takes his pet Glaucus with him wherever he goes, even if the stupid thing has caused more than one diplomatic crisis. Despite his adventurous nature, Ponyprise is really just a nice guy even if new dragons often misunderstand him. So far he refrains from telling anyone what exactly an NX class of dragons IS and how fast Wave 5 actually travels, but one has to assume it's something incredibly awesome and really, really fast respectively.
