Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Aunt Mary is a member of the Moonsilver Artists' Association who always performs with her mate Peter-Paul. Of the two of them she is the one who always pushes for romantic songs about love and to cover the songs of their fellow MAA member Dylan.

When she's not performing with Peter-Paul, Aunt Mary loves to spend time snuggled up to him, talking about ideas for new songs, what to name their hatchlings if they ever get some, and generally not leaving his side.
