Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Honor was quite literally her middle name--but she hadn't agreed to it and she wasn't about to live up to it, either! A selfish, loud-mouthed, and fairly cowardly individual, Nyx has always put her own needs heads and heels above those of others, thinking nothing of robbing the weak and exploiting the ill for her own gain. While this has understandably made many view her as a villain, much of her problem lies not in malice but in paranoia; anxious and doubtful at heart, she figures she could get struck low herself at any moment, and as such is doing her best to make the best of things before what she considers the inevitable comes to pass.
