Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

From the time he hatched to the time he became a adult, he was followed a pure and joyous moral code that has earned him the name of "Saint of the Holy Night". He is kind and brave in times of sadness and distress, aiding the poor and hungry in times of famine across the great dragon land. Every year around the time of Christmas, he leaves the clan's cave and travels to the far reaches of the world, bringing hope and cheer to the poor souls below that have given up on happiness. When he is not our doing a service to the land, he rests in back of the clan's cave and tells stories the young hatchlings about good deeds and cheer.
