White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Novice Snowscale has been practicing healing for decades, and yet he's never progressed beyond novice. His healing skills are fine, but he gets flustered when under pressure, making mistakes that even a raw beginner wouldn't. Though he doesn't like being continually held up as an example of what not to do, Novice Snowscale refuses to quit, certain that he'll succeed if he just keeps trying.
