White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Embry is a cheerful fellow, easily making friends with his patients and socializing with them on his free time. He gets along exceptionally well with the various breeds of pygmies, and as such has made their health his area of medicinal expertise. They, in return, consider him 'their doctor' and many of them refuse care from any of the other healers, even if their injuries or illnesses are outside of Embry's immediate skill set. Embry has learned a good many jokes and stories from the pygmies and so is an entertaining dragon to have on evenings when various members of the clan gather to eat and chat around the fire.
