Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Deep within the depths, below where Lurkers lurk and Embers smolder, lies a wasteland desecrated by time and neglect. As the ashes caress the ground and the wind gales harshly around the debris, she arrives. Her scales shine brightly compared the the drab atmosphere, the only green showing is the decor around her head and tail. She was once banished and branded to these depths, but slowly makes her way upwards back towards her peers. The rise of Oni is an event not to be missed.
