Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Lucere Royale is a royal blue dragon. Calm and polite, he is very elegant and handsome. However, he is modest about his good looks, and he pities the envious male dragons that shoot glares at him. A close descendant of Galletian Victory, one of the original bronze tinsels, he is considered special and many dragons stare at him with awe. However, he doesn't use his influence to get what he wants, and rather, works honestly for them. A very noble dragon, many of his clanmates want him to be a leader, and they think that he is the royal blue dragon in the vision Isendae Anamatus, one of the clan leaders, had. However, he doesn't think so himself, and patiently awaits the real destined fourth leader of his clan.
