Serrati Wyverns are a fierce breed of dragon typically found in volcanic areas or in desert scrubland. With their keen vision, these fearsome predators can pick out well-camouflauged prey from the slightest movement. They are named for the double rows of serrated teeth that line their beaks, which allow these wyverns to maintain an unbreakable grip on prey while they tear into their target with deadly hooked claws. Though these dragons are combative with nearly everything, they are surprisingly well-mannered when raising their offspring in communal nests. Males, however, tend to be chased off as soon as eggs are laid.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Prisona Bolcan tends to keep to himself most of the time. He lounges around on the hot rocks on the volcanic island that is within his family's territory. Although his breed is described as vicious, he tries not to attack his family (although he does seem to fail quite often). Prisona Bolcan does like his owner though and will let her lay on his back if she asks. He rather likes it when she rubs his chest but will snap at her from time to time. He tends to fight with other male dragons that bother him and usually wins because of his immense size.
