And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

This magi dragon is eternally a child. Energetic and innocent, he ambles around the cave, trying to get the older dragons to play with him. Because he's frozen in time, his enormous magical reserves are trapped at a stage of budding. He doesn't have any control over his powers, but when he's frightened or hurt, he's been known to create shock waves strong enough to knock out the offending dragon for a week.
