Aria dragons are a brightly-colored and sprightly breed, perhaps most adored for their lyric calls. Their song-like melodies fill the areas they inhabit; their coos resemble those of birds, only more elegant and refined. They have fairly strong magical capabilities, but tend to reserve these strengths for last-minute defense, choosing to live their lives in simple peace. Arias, sticking to the tropics, typically live quite far from human settlements, giving rise to the previously held belief that they had gone extinct.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Ishskararu's rosy scales brought a refreshing change to the purple dominated Ishryuu Clan. The male dragons all found her quite enchanting to look at and many have attempted to woo her but it proved rather difficult to do so. Ordinary ways of romance seemed to have no effect on the pink dragon and it was feared she'd never find a mate. She grew restless of the Clan and took to journeying on her own. She came back a more solemn dragon and was accompanied by a hatchling her own color. The hatchling was the only one who could seem to bring Ishskararu any happiness. When other dragons asked her what happened on her journey, she stared off into the sky. It took a while for Ishskararu to regain some of the cheerfulness she had before. Her main companion these days besides her daughter, Pinktaria, is the Christmas Dragon, Hollen. The other dragons have noticed that she seems especially cheery when she's with him.
