Stone Dragons have a tough outer covering made of a stone-like material. They eat rocks, using the minerals they contain for nourishment and to keep up their stone outer shell. They rarely move, and are the heaviest of all types of dragons. Although they have wings, indicating flight ability, no one has ever seen a stone dragon flying.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Koehdrim, which stands for earth flyer, is the epitome of a gargoyle. When he was little Aleydream, his human, carried him away from the main caves and rooted him down in a small cave with a little pool in the back and a nice view of the forest. He now stays in this secluded cave, which he claims as his own. He lies near the front, well away from water, wearing a hole in the earth and munching on any rocks brought to his cave. He is generally friendly because he does not move enough to be actively aggressive. His massive size and weight makes him sleep most of the day. The other dragons use him as a play set and his human entrusts him with guarding the eggs. He stays near the front of the cave so he can watch traffic and greet his human with a hungry grumble. He mainly relies on her to gather rocks for him to munch on and she keeps a good supply around as back up. In summary, Koehdrim is quite content with his life.
