Mint colored dragons are the most peaceful of all dragons; they only eat plants unless they scavenge meat from an already dead animal. They also have no ways to attack others or defend themselves. They are much smaller than other forms of dragons since they only double in size when they mature. Mint dragons are unable to use magic and cannot fly since they lack wings. Their looks have given rise to the common insult of calling dragons “large lizards.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Weird is a shy but sweethearted dragon. She waits on Crazy each day, and has done so since they were freshly hatched from orphaned eggs! Weird understands each of Crazy's concerns about the outside world, and why she insists on the entire clan to follow strict guidelines when interacting with any dragon outside of the clan. After all, it is in the nature of Weird's breed to be shy and cautious, just as Crazy is.<br/>As she is also unwinged, Weird knows that the best place to be useful is near Crazy. But, at least she knows to stay clear of Crazy's vines! Weird has a special gift of speed which allows her to be closer to her clan Mother than any other clan mate is able. For this reason, Weird takes her job of taking care of Crazy quite seriously, especially since this way she has no need to ever meet any dragons outside of her clan!!!
