Coral Pygmy Wyverns are coastline vagrants, dominant in their ecosystems. They spend most of their time swimming around shallow coral atolls, snacking on the creatures that make their homes there. Don’t be fooled by their small size—these tiny dragons pack a ferocious punch; they can be painful to sharks, dragons, and other substantially larger predators. They are, unsurprisingly, difficult to integrate into human society.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Pygmy dragons are the smallest category of dragons, being on the same scale as domesticated animals. They are often found around concentrated populations of dragons, relying on their larger brethren to ward away potential predators and leave scraps. As such, the majority of a pygmy’s diet is scavenged. Due to their tiny size, pygmies do not breed with larger varieties of dragons.

User Description

LefT9 is a powerful warrior, fending off pirates whenever they dare venture into her cove. Her name comes from her signature attack—nine rapid-fire kicks with her left talon—but because she is known for the technique, everyone who recognises her knows to guard against it. The attacks she actually manages to land come from her favoured weapon—a giant zucchini she uses as a club to brain opponents mesmerised by her fancy footwork. She also engages in swordplay with zucchini. She has a stash donated by home gardeners around the bay for whenever one gets lost, eaten, pulverised, or whatever as thanks for LefT9 keeping the pirates away. Rumours of her unconventional technique are spreading, but those expecting the zucchini often leave themselves open to the nonet of kicks. She is more dangerous in winter, when her zucchini are replaced by butternuts. Pirates had best think twice before venturing into territory protected by the "squashbuckler".
