This breed of dragon results from eggs or hatchlings that have been neglected. They are usually rebellious, not obeying their masters, sometimes even attacking them. However, their neglect as a hatchling leaves them crippled, and they are weak compared to other breeds, causing them to stay with their masters for protection.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

A young dragon once lived among a community where dragons and humans coexisted. One day, when the small dragon was playing a game with the other hatchlings and human children, he was accidentally locked in a cellar beneath one of the houses. At first, the little dragon was not concerned, believing that it was only a matter of time before someone noticed he was missing and came to look for him. However, years started to go by and no one ever came to free him from the cellar, forcing him to survive on tiny rats that found their way into the cellar. After a number of years had gone by, the cellar door was finally broken open and the now-adult dragon found himself face to face with the wicked Devida. Due to the years he'd spent alone in the cellar, the weak dragon, who became known as The Gloomer, believed Devidra when he claimed the entire village had abandoned him. He never found out that the village had actually fallen prey to bandits and everyone had been killed or carried off.
