Copper Dragons are masters of stealth, slipping silently and swiftly through the forests and jungles where they live. Often hunting in groups, their prey rarely know they are being stalked until the dragon’s at their throat. In the air they are agile and skilled. Copper Dragons prize family groups, spending large amounts of time teaching their young skills. So great is their love of life and family that they will sometimes adopt orphaned dragons of other breeds to raise.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Deep within the jungle lies a most strange temple, old and abandoned, where ancient runes mark the walls and towering statues of men and dragons alike loom out of every shadow. One would imagine such a curious place would get more than its fair share of tourists, but few things could be farther from the truth. It is a very quiet, secret, sacred place--thanks to the efforts of one particular tribe of Copper dragons living there. This particular female is the matriarch of that curious clan, and she gently ushers away any who seek to go poking about the temple. Those who question her as to why they can't go poking about in the temple are told that is the resting place of heroes of old, who once sealed away a great evil, and thus that it is not to be treated like a sightseeing attraction. Those who wish to visit for the purposes of meditation, however, are more than welcome.
