White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Prince Rioting Tinselkin is known for being brilliant but lacking foresight and skilled but irresponsible. Though he would prefer to pass his days playing and enjoying the company of the fairer sex, chief healer Nivea Insons Insontis suffers no White dragon to be idle and assigned him to assist the gloomy apothecary, Jonah Futterwacken. Prince is skilled at mixing potions but tends to rush through his work so that he can get on to his own enjoyments, and occasionally plays while working, much to Jonah's chagrin. Prince often hears the glum dragon muttering telepathically in his direction, "You exist to torment me, don't you." Prince likes the apothecary well enough, and doesn't go out of his way to annoy him, but he doesn't see why Jonah has to be such a stick-in-the-mud about everything.
