And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

The youngest member of "Anarchy's Rebels", Punkker is considered a little brother to every other member of the clan. They all look out for this little one as he participates in all riots and protests. The fact that he was abandoned as an egg and hatched by Rotten Johnny himself, Punkker has no parents to worry for him, no curfews to live by, or rules to follow. He is also secretly EG's favorite dragon.
