Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Kit is a likable hatchling. He always tries to make friends wherever he goes. Kit believes that the more friends he has, the better off he will be. Gregarious and social, Kit is almost never alone. Although Kit has a large number of friends, he does his best to be a good friend to each of them and takes time out of his week to visit each dragon individually when possible.
