Pillow Dragons are covered in enormous amounts of fur affectionately referred to as fluff. Despite their deceivingly large size, they can still fly even with such tiny wings because their bodies are remarkably light. Pillow Dragons have a habit of sleeping for up to eighteen hours a day, waking only in short bursts. During their few waking hours, they take the time to hunt for prey. Once a pillow dragon becomes an adult, its fur grows very slowly. Pillow dragon fur is used to make very expensive and valuable cloth known as “dragon cashmere.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

As a youngster, Roly Poly often liked to explore the mass of forestry just outside of his cave, testing the strength of every branch and climbing the highest trees. To him, there was no better feeling than being perched at the tip of an ancient evergreen, gazing up into the sky or down at the world below. But one day, when he had just grown up and was testing the agility that came with adulthood, Roly Poly slipped. He lost his balance and came tumbling down a long way. The sharp protruding branches caused him much pain, but not as much pain as he experienced when he awoke the next day, only to find that the accident had severely injured his spine. Now he is unable to move far without causing further injury to himself, and as such, his days of exploring are over. Nowadays Roly Poly gives lessons to the youngsters about being careful and abiding the rules of safety so they won't meet a fate similar to his. Time and again he looks forlornly into the sky and remembers his days of youth.
