Sunset Dragons are closely related to sunrise dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunset Dragons generally live alone or in small packs. They are more active in the evening, hunting and performing all of their daily tasks as the sun sets.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Sano et Syuno, a Sunset dragon, takes largely after his mother, Jiren. While he is not quite as irritable, he did inherit her tendency to inflict bodily harm upon the object of his annoyance.

For him, this object is not feathered. Thanks to his mother's efforts, he grew up in a bird-free environment, and has never been woken up in the morning by obnoxious and persistent birdsong. However, the lack of birds resulted in an abundance of insects.

He hates insects.

They buzz around his head and land on his back and fly into his eyes. They BITE him!

Unfortunately for Sano, bugs aren't easily hunted by a dragon. Never one to give up, he searched out a colony of bats and offered them refuge in his cave if they would eat the insects for him. They accepted.

While the other members of his clan aren't exactly thrilled to be sharing a home with bats, they've long since resigned themselves to living with everyone's little quirks.
