Spotted Greenwings are relatively small nocturnal dragons. Easily recognizable by the fleshy appendages growing off of their head and rump, they are most commonly seen in forests at night, leaping and soaring from tree to tree. While generally social, spotted greenwings are very quiet and rarely make any sort of vocalization. Their bodies are unusually warm to the touch, though they are unable to breathe fire. Greenwings are voracious feeders and will consume nearly any living thing that they can fit in their mouths.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Tempestatem tonitrui, or Tempest, is the oldest dragon in the Lair. However, he acts very childish, cracking puns and sometimes struggling to get to punch lines. Most dragons get tired of Tempest quickly, but the rest enjoy his humor. Sometimes others yell at him to stop making "dumb jokes". It hurts his feelings, but he pretends not to care.

Tempest loves to eavesdrop. Sometimes he will purposely walk by dragons to catch pieces of their gossip. When he is caught, this little rascal pretends to not have listened. Most dragons believe him when he says, "Oh, I'm sorry. I wasn't listening in on you at all! I was simply passing through." Fake innocence is his way of getting things.

Overall, this dragon is pretty jerk-ish. with his not considering others emotions and being annoying. Though his friends want to rip his wings off sometimes, life wouldn't be the same without him.
