Serrati Wyverns are a fierce breed of dragon typically found in volcanic areas or in desert scrubland. With their keen vision, these fearsome predators can pick out well-camouflauged prey from the slightest movement. They are named for the double rows of serrated teeth that line their beaks, which allow these wyverns to maintain an unbreakable grip on prey while they tear into their target with deadly hooked claws. Though these dragons are combative with nearly everything, they are surprisingly well-mannered when raising their offspring in communal nests. Males, however, tend to be chased off as soon as eggs are laid.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Deadeye Detective is arguably the smartest and most vicious of the Meddlesome Company, even if he's not the leader. Detective is the dragon that actively figures out where the Scoundrels are going to strike next, so the Company can be prepared for the fight that will inevitably go down.

For one of the most dangerous dragons in Valkemare, Detective is awfully polite. He's the most gentlemanly out of all of them, keeping silent most of the time, and mainly looking tall and intimidating. Detective has a short temper and is somewhat sadistic, not to mention ruthless, but is efficient and professional in what he does. He has murderous tendencies. Even if he's fighting for the "good" side, he's a Seragamma Wyvern. He can't hold back what he does in the heat of battle. His intelligence, perception, and the inability to be confused by charisma and tricky words make him a vicious predator.
